Who is responsible

Verified data-controller identity and contact information have not been supplied. The website is not approved for public launch until those details and applicable privacy obligations are reviewed.

Project brief information

The form asks for your name, email, project requirements and optional company, budget and timeline. Values are processed in your browser’s page memory. The site does not save them to local storage, cookies or a server. Refreshing or leaving the page clears this in-page state.

Downloading creates a text file on your device. If email handoff is configured and you choose it, your email application receives the brief. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s policies then apply. Do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data.

Network requests and hosting

A hosted version necessarily sends requests to its host, which may process IP addresses and access logs. The hosting provider, log retention, processing locations and any international transfer arrangements must be confirmed before launch.

The character file, official Rive runtime and WebAssembly files are served from this website. The runtime is not loaded from a third-party CDN. Audio is muted until you choose Sound on.

WhatsApp contact

WhatsApp chat links open an external service only when you choose them. The default chat message contains a general project inquiry, not your form entries. Any conversation is handled by WhatsApp and its privacy terms. You review the message before sending it.

Analytics and preferences

No Google Analytics ID or tracking script is active. The site only emits local browser events as integration hooks; it does not transmit them. Any future analytics integration needs its own privacy and consent review before activation.

Retention and your choices

The current site does not receive or retain submitted inquiries. If email delivery is enabled, the controller must define inquiry retention, service providers and how to exercise applicable access, correction or deletion rights. Those details cannot be verified in this build.

You may use the site without preparing a brief. This page must be completed and reviewed for the operating entity and relevant jurisdictions before public release.
